We do not provide emergency transport services.
However, we will do our best to accommodate urgent health situations whenever possible. Every pet and owner is equally important to us.
Our Vehicles and Safety Measurements
Our vehicles are climate-controlled, and equipped with secure, pet-friendly amenities, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey.
Pets are transported in soft and secure carriers. If they travel outside a carrier, they will be fastened with harnesses and seatbelts for their safety.
We use a natural pheromone calming spray in the car to help keep your fur-babies calm.
All items are washed and disinfected with veterinary grade disinfectants after each use. Bedding is machine washed and tumble dried.
We use a Mitsubishi ASX SUV for travel.
Vaccination Requirements
To ensure the safety of our chauffeurs and other pets, all pets must be up to date on their routine vaccinations and travel with their vaccination cards as proof. As per the Animal Diseases Act, 1984 (Act No. 35 of 1984), all domestic dogs and cats in South Africa are required by law to be vaccinated against rabies.
All babas (puppies and kittens) must be at least 8 weeks old and have received their first round of vaccinations. They’ll need to travel with their own vaccination card, plus a copy of mom’s to proof they’re covered by her immunity too.
Travel Rules
No Red Flags. If a situation or a pets' health appears suspicious or circumstances raise red flags, we won’t go through with the ride.
Potty Business First, Please. All pets must go potty before pick-up. Accidents happen, but we try to keep the ride fresh and clean for every passenger.
No Fleas Allowed. Pets must be flea-free and on a preventative care. If a hitchhiker infestation is discovered during or after the ride, a cleaning fee may apply.
Bad germs are banned. If your pet has a highly contagious illness (like kennel cough or parvo), we can’t transport them until they’re cleared by a vet. Safety first for all our passengers.
Gear Up Right. All pets must have a secure collar or harness with ID tags. Bonus points for cute outfits, but safety gear comes first.
Solo Travelers (Unless They're Roomies). To keep things comfy and conflict-free, we allow one pet per carrier, unless they’re bonded housemates and their parent’s are OK with them sharing.
Pet Behavior and Needs Disclosures
We tailor our rides for every personality. But, safety first, always.
Whether your VIP is a little anxious in the car, prone to motion sickness, or needs extra care for medical conditions like epilepsy — we’re all ears. Let us know what makes your pet unique, and we’ll customize their ride to keep things calm and cozy.
That said, for everyone’s safety, we do ask that you disclose any behavioral quirks, especially things like aggression, extreme anxiety, or handling challenges. If at any point our chauffeur feels unsafe or unable to manage your pet’s behavior, we may need to end the ride early. In that case, you’ll need to arrange alternative transport, and we won’t be able to offer a refund. We know it’s serious stuff, but it helps us keep things safe and stress-free for everyone involved.

What kind of pets do we transport?
Pretty much all of them! From dogs and cats to birds, bunnies, reptiles, and more. If your pet can be safely handled, comfortably fit in the vehicle, and is legally owned (permits in place for exotics), we’re happy to roll out the red carpet for them.
Whether they bark, purr, slither, or chirp, if they’re precious to you, they’re precious to us.
Appointment Cancellation Paw-licy
We get that life happens, but to keep things running smoothly for all our passengers, we ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up for your scheduled pick-up time, we won’t be able to offer a refund. This helps us respect our chauffeurs’ time and make space for other pet parents who need a ride.

While we’re fully insured and licensed to roll, it’s important to note that both pets and their humans use our services at their own risk.
We do everything we can to ensure a safe, smooth, and stress-free ride, but by booking with us, you acknowledge that unexpected and unforeseen situations can happen, and you accept responsibility for yourself and your pet during transport.
