Sometimes we don’t have transport, sometimes we don’t have help, and let’s be honest, most human taxis aren’t exactly pet-friendly. Now what? Your pet still needs care and someone they trust to be there with them.

What kind of pets do we transport?
Pretty much all of them! From dogs and cats to birds, bunnies, reptiles, and more! If your pet can be safely handled, comfortably fit in the car, and is legally owned, we’re happy to roll out the red carpet for them.
Whether they bark, purr, slither, or chirp , if they’re precious to you, they’re precious to us!
How far in advance should I book a ride?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when we can.
How do I book a ride?
New clients can reach out via WhatsApp or email — we’ll get your pet profile set up and book your ride in no time. If you’re already a client, you can simply book through the Pet Parent Portal once your account is activated, or just send us a quick WhatsApp to arrange your next trip.
Can I ride along with my pet?
Absolutely! It is preferred actually. Just let us know when you book your VIP (Very Important Pet) that they will have a plus one.
Where do you operate?
We currently chauffeur within Bloubergstrand, Cape Town and it's immediate surroundings. Not sure if we reach your location? Just reach out, we’re happy to chat!
Do you stay with me and my pet for their vet appointment?
Yes! We don’t just drop off and dash. We stay through check-in and wait in the waiting room or car. If needed, we offer a Premium Chauffeur Service add-on: We will accompany pets and/or their parents into the consult room, provide comfort, updates, emotional support, and calm energy from start to finish.
How do I pay?
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an invoice to pay the base rate and reserve your VIP's ride. After their trip, any extras can be settled by card right onboard—no cash, no fuss.
Is your vehicle pet-safe and clean?
Absolutely. Our vehicle is climate-controlled, equipped with pet friendly amenities, and cleaned and disinfected after every ride.
